How do I earn points?

You earn points for the amount of time you spend at recreation and wellness facilities on campus. All you have to do is enter the facility, and you’ll automatically be checked in using geofencing. You don’t even have to take your phone out of your pocket; just make sure your location services are set to “always allow.”

The app won’t check me in to my workout. What do I do?

Make sure you’re at the recreation and wellness facility and location services are properly setup.

For iOS: Head to your iPhone’s Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Plyo and select “Always.”

For Android: Head to Settings > Apps > Plyo > Permissions and toggle “Location” on.

If that doesn’t work, sign out and sign back into the app.

How many points do I earn per hour?

You earn 50 points per hour of exercise, or 100 points per hour if you add a friend to your workout.

How do I redeem my points?

Just choose the reward you want to redeem, and select “TAP TO REDEEM.” Make sure you’re at the point of purchase and show the cashier the reward, because they redeem immediately. *If the reward is for a retailer, you will be shown a promotional code and will have 24 hours to redeem the code online or in store.

How do Raffles work?

You can enter raffles as many times as you’d like. 1 redemption = 1 entry. Winners are chosen on the date listed within the reward, and are notified via email. If you don’t receive an email on the date of the raffle drawing, you were not selected as a winner.
