Our mission is to inspire active lifestyles.
Plyo began as an idea in a dorm room at the University of Minnesota in response to experiencing the challenges of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
Health and fitness is important now more than ever before. The challenge is that often when we don’t experience results right away, we lose motivation, purpose, and that feeling of accomplishment that inspires us to keep going. Feeling and seeing results takes time. It takes building habits.
We’re building Plyo for the many of us who need the extra push to get started and to stay motivated in our personal fitness journey. We believe being physically active is fundamental to a happy and wholesome life, and that the key to living an active lifestyle is by building sustainable habits while making fitness fun.
